FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we get most. If yours isn't here, email support@angedodge.com and a person will reply.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, which also lets you pay by most major credit and debit cards without a PayPal account.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is handled by PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping

Where do you ship from, and where to?

Every order ships from the Pearl River Delta in southern China, the region where many European labels make their seasonal goods. Right now we ship to the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

6–12 US business days from the day your order leaves the workshop. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order, with tracking by email.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout by weight. No per-item add-ons, no separate handling fee.

Import duties

Will I be charged customs or duties when my package arrives?

No. Import duties are included in what you pay, and we settle them with our carrier before your package ships. Nothing is owed at your door — no surprise bill from the courier.

Why is that worth knowing?

Since the US ended its low-value duty exemption, many overseas orders now get hit with a customs bill on delivery. We handle that for you up front, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

30 days. Returns ship to a US address in New Hampshire — you don't send anything back to China. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@angedodge.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists measurements, and our Size Guide covers conversions and fit notes by category. Trousers are labelled by waist; check the per-style chart on the product page.

What if I'm between sizes?

For most pieces, size up — linen and knits relax slightly with wear. Fit notes on each product page tell you when to size down instead.

Fabric & care

Why do you list exact fabric percentages?

Because the number is the honest part. When a piece is 100% linen, we say so. When it's a blend, we tell you the split and why that blend suits the garment. No hiding behind the words "linen blend."

Will linen wrinkle?

Yes, and that's the nature of the fibre, not a flaw. Linen softens and creases with wear. If you want the look with less of the wrinkle, our linen blends hold their line longer — the product page tells you which is which.

How do I care for my pieces?

Most wash cold and air dry. Skip fabric softener on linen — it coats the fibre and dulls the drape over time. Care details are on each product page.
