30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at xuebangrui@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with shipping instructions.
Ship your items to our U.S. returns center at your own cost (we recommend USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, usually $5–10).
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or color), the new item ships free once we receive your return. This is the fastest, simplest option if a size doesn't fit.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Items missing original tags or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
