We ship internationally from our atelier partners. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• United States: 6–12 business days (YunExpress International)
• Canada: 8–15 business days (YunExpress International)
• Other countries: 10–20 business days (YunExpress International)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Tracking is included with every order.

Customs & Duties

Most U.S. orders ship duty-paid. For orders to other countries, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at xuebangrui@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Order Changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify it — but you can use our 30-day return policy.
